Gestalt has built a steady reputation in hospitality design, creating two icons in Antwerp’s restaurant scene. Michelin-starred Dim Dining opened nearly a decade ago, while Cobra House opened in 2025. Both projects are statements of our theme-based design approach, grounded in a thorough analysis of their (food) cultural context. Dim Dining is shaped by the Japanese principle of *Ma*, embracing emptiness and the heightened presence of objects within. In contrast, Cobra House offers an already iconic interpretation of the French bistro—richer, layered, and convivial. In the meantime, we are working on multiple hospitality projects, both nationally and internationally.
