Entering the plot is through the original solid wall fence with gate, followed by a Japanese garden that provides access to the living volume through a sculptural staircase assembly.

The residential volume consists of a sunken art space, a yoga studio and an upper living floor. With attention to the original structure, a new chapter was created for this site. The new sections were executed in pigmented concrete. A jungle patio with elaborate bench seating and greenery are part of the architecture.
