Villa Rochus

Customized for the clients, Gestalt worked out a program and design that reflects their specific family life. The floor plan expresses itself as a succession of functions that together create a comfortable living environment.

Living room, dining room and kitchen are back-to-back, each with maximum views. The parlor is located on the corner of the home and enjoys an elevated floor pass with 180-degree views. Between the living room with built-ins and the dining room, a double-sided fireplace ensures security. In addition to a classic program, multipurpose living space with adjoining indoor pool was created, again focused on the unique landscape.

The facade consists of soft gray brick and matching light rough concrete, large windows and expressive cantilevered canopies that provide passive cooling.
