The project is located on Dam Square in Antwerp North, a neighborhood that has undergone fantastic development since the arrival of Park Spoor Noord. Today, the property is known as the Belgica furniture store.

Gestalt was asked to develop an architectural vision for the industrial building and its associated interior area.
The main building received a new penthouse level on top and was given sustainable techniques and insulation for modern comfort. Internally, the spaces were stripped down to large open plateaus with space for offices and urban studios.
The binning area was completely pitted and greened.
