Familiar gestures compose the whole: a facade materiality of dark red brick in block bond and horizontal gray cementing. Feeling draws inspiration from the austere working-class architecture of the 1930s-forties.
The residential program consists of two compact apartments, a studio and a larger apartment on the upper level. Generous spatiality was always sought with attention to orientation and outdoor space. All in all, we strive for an embedded architecture that charms with its obviousness. Accessible and unpretentious.
