Entrance doors are designed more grandly as collectivity increases – they are scattered around the public space to increase the liveliness of the whole. Despite the solid overall character, the facades receive the necessary variation arising from their specific orientation and relationship to the various public spaces.

Buildings are related to each other through a subtle play of masonry connections, openings and terraces that seek coherent variation within a whole with strong identity – tendered under the maximum amount of the FS3 standard. Using proven techniques, the project is low-maintenance and manageable over the long term.
