A sober brick architecture was elaborated in various dressings that continue in the finishes of entrance assemblies and terraces. Refined moments that respond to the resident’s experience and claim their role on an urban scale. The position of mailboxes, the details of a balustrade or entrance door … with care and dedication, we design a homely environment so that residents can really feel at home. Striped ceiling finishes in white and yellow are a nod to frivolous, historic sunrooms.

The entrance wholes enjoy a view through to the collective garden in the inner area. The covered parking lot was designed as a multipurpose infrastructure that connects the gardens to the street, supporting the hamlet as a place of meeting and play.
