We found the home to be an intriguing 1970s setting. The spaces flow together smoothly and follow the rhythm of the terrain. Wide corridors, low ceilings and the level differences emphasize the horizontal character.

Respecting the authentic character, we try to adapt the house to a contemporary comfort. Spatially, we make one major shift: the main kitchen replaces the former limited-quality sitting pit as the new heart of the house. We are also making some drastic choices: the interior bricks will be plastered and the black marble floor will be replaced with a rough head parquet. The whole should bring tranquility without denying its brutal character. The exterior joinery will be retained and will have new glass. The washrooms and indoor pool will be completely renovated, as well as the techniques.
